ArchivMD is a done-for-you AI documentation service. You record your visits. We deliver finished, EHR-ready notes the same day. You just sign.
The documentation burden is one of the leading drivers of physician burnout. Most physicians spend 1–2 hours every night finishing notes after clinic. That's 400+ hours a year — after an already full day.
No new devices. No workflow changes. No IT setup. You practice medicine — we handle everything else.
Open a simple app on your phone at the start of each encounter. See your patients exactly as you always have. Stop the recording when they leave.
AI drafts a structured clinical note from the recording. Victor — a pre-med CNA with clinical background — reviews every note for accuracy, format, and completeness before it reaches you.
Finished, EHR-ready notes land in your secure shared folder by end of day. Scan for clinical accuracy. Paste into your EHR. Sign. Notes closed — before you leave the building.
AI tools write a draft. You still review every note yourself. ArchivMD is different — a human reviews every note before it reaches you.
AI drafts it. Victor checks it. You sign a finished note — not a rough draft. The quality control layer that pure software skips is what you're paying for.
Traditional human scribe services charge $2,500–$4,000/month. ArchivMD delivers the same finished-note outcome at $1,500/month — with AI accuracy and same-day delivery.
Pre-med. CNA. Shadowed in clinical environments. Victor understands SOAP notes, EHR workflows, and documentation burden from the inside — not from a pitch deck.
Month-to-month only. Starts with a free two-week pilot — no payment, no commitment. If ArchivMD doesn't save you 1–2 hours a day, you owe nothing.
Patient data is the most sensitive data that exists. Every part of ArchivMD's workflow is designed around protecting it.
Full compliance across every tool and workflow in the delivery chain.
Business Associate Agreement signed before we touch a single patient recording.
All notes delivered via HIPAA-compliant encrypted shared infrastructure.
Formal NDA and confidentiality terms included with every client agreement.
No tiers. No add-ons. No surprises. One flat rate for everything included.
Unlimited notes. Same-day delivery. Cancel anytime.
Free two-week pilot — no payment required until you see results.
I built ArchivMD because I've seen the documentation burden firsthand — in clinical environments, watching physicians dictate notes after every patient while the next one waits. I understand SOAP notes, EHR workflows, and what a finished chart is supposed to look like. This isn't a tech company that stumbled into healthcare. It's a clinical solution built by someone who actually understands your day — and is accountable for every note that leaves this service.
Free two-week pilot. No contracts. No risk. If ArchivMD doesn't save you 1–2 hours a day, you owe nothing.
Schedule My Free Call15 minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation about your documentation workflow.

This policy covers two separate things: (1) this website, which does not collect any personal information itself, and (2) the ArchivMD documentation service, which handles Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of contracted physician clients under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
archivmd.com is a static informational page. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and has no forms or account system. The only data leaving your browser is a request to Google Fonts (to load our typeface) and, if you click "Book a Free Call," a handoff to Calendly, which operates under its own privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or process any personal information through this site.
For contracted physician clients, ArchivMD acts as a HIPAA Business Associate. PHI (patient recordings and derived clinical notes) is:
Patients are recorded only with the treating physician's consent process — physicians are contractually required to obtain and document patient consent to recording and AI-assisted documentation before any encounter is captured.
Physician clients and their patients may request details on how their data is handled by contacting vic@archivmd.com. Any suspected data incident is reported per our breach notification procedure, consistent with HIPAA requirements.

ArchivMD provides done-for-you AI-assisted clinical documentation to independent physician practices. AI-generated drafts are reviewed and corrected by a human before delivery. ArchivMD does not practice medicine, does not finalize any medical record, and is not the legal author of any clinical note — the physician client always reviews and attests to each note before it becomes part of a patient's medical record.
Service is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. The free pilot period carries no payment obligation and may be discontinued by either party at any time.
ArchivMD's liability is limited as set out in the signed service agreement executed with each client, which governs over this page in the event of a conflict. This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes and does not itself constitute a service agreement.
The definitive terms for any client relationship are the signed service agreement and BAA, not this page. This page is a summary for prospective clients.
